Thank you for choosing Fur & Bloom amongst many shops. We carefully curate genuine & trendy items from Korea, Japan and all over the world for you, your furry friends, and young children.

 

Please read in full the order process carefully before ordering. For customers with bad manners or customers who cannot follow the rules, please refrain from purchasing.

 

Our shop will pre-order all items from overseas, except those listed as in-stock.

 

If you purchase both pre-order and in-stock items together, orders will be shipped only when all items have arrived.

 

Currently, it takes 3-5 weeks on average from the completion of payment to the shipping of your order through the order process as listed below.

 

Order Process:

Order → Payment confirmation → Purchase by local staff in Korea → Shipping from overseas to Singapore → Our Shop → Inspection → Packing → Delivery to customer

 

Popular brands and items may take more than 3-5 weeks to purchase. Please check before purchasing.

 

Popular/seasonal items may be sold out during the purchase process and may not be restocked. Refunds will be given for out of stock items.

 

As we are retailing many brands, there are differences in waiting time for each brand, so please be patient.

 

We do not accept any cancellations as orders are placed immediately once payment is confirmed. If you cannot wait or you feel a little uneasy, please refrain from purchasing.

 

However, if you do not receive any shipping notification after waiting for above 6 weeks, please inquire on your order status. We will keep you posted on the situation.

 

During long holidays in Korea, many companies will be closed. There are many people involved in the delivery of the goods, such as manufacturers, suppliers, and delivery companies, so please understand the logistics disruption. Please be sure to check for updates on our website as it will be updated from time to time.

We are unable to give you a detailed arrival date as we can only track the item once it has entered Singapore.

 

nature of overseas products

 

Products that seem defective may not be deemed as defective in Korea/overseas, so please understand the nature of imported goods before purchasing.

 

Possible situations:

*fibers and lining are rough

*small stains, stains, chalk marks that can come off after washing

*small hole

*loose button

*printing misalignment

*no brand/size/wash label

* labels are misaligned

*threads of different colors mixed in the fabric

*odour

*specifications may change due to re-production.

 

Please consider the possible characteristics of overseas products, including slight design changes and fabric changes.

 

Howeevr, if you nevertheless deem a product defective, please contact us and attach a photo within 7 days of order arrival. Please be sure to check your order when it arrives.

 

In the case of defective products which you have, we will liaise with the manufacturer and keep you updated.

Where the fabric is listed by the manufacturer, even if only cotton is listed, the thread may not be 100% cotton, such as spun cotton. Please refrain from using this product on children with sensitive skin or if you are particular about not using 100% cotton products.

 

exchange/refund policy

 

Orders for pre-order items are placed immediately after payment is confirmed, so cancellations are strictly not allowed once the order has been confirmed.

 

We do not accept any exchanges or refunds due to a simple change of mind.

 

Please be sure to check your order when it arrives. In the case of defective goods, please contact us and attach a photo within 7 days of order arrival.

 

If we are unable to purchase any items, we will refund the item. In that case, the item amount will be refunded via the same payment method by the customer.

Orders will be shipped by Qexpress courier delivery. We will notify you of the tracking number upon shipping.

 

in-stock items

 

We will ship your order within 2-3 business days.

 

However, if you purchase both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped only after all the pre-order items have arrived.

 

If you are in a hurry, please order in-stock items separately.
